Lessons are done on a door to door basis from home, work or school or other mutually convenient place,  normally for 1, or 1.5 hours.    Unlike some instructors I don't usually suggest 2 hour sessions (except for motorways where they include a short break) as experience has taught me the concentration levels drop off at about 1.5  hours for most people, and you will get less value from the lesson overall. However I can do two hour sessions if people request them. 
 
Intensive driving courses.   I don't do intensive courses I'm afraid .   My view is they involve too much driving on any given day which means your concentration levels drop off towards the latter sections of a day or days of a training period, and don't offer a sufficient variety of driving conditions to drive safely or pass a test.  I may occasionally offer extra lessons up to or near a test but not for longer periods than 2 hours without a significant rest break.
